OA/AG - OA AG Lead Notification Not Received for LTULLOS

Ticket Fields: Customer Name: Levi Tullos Username: LTULLOS Agent ID: 122247 Application: AG, OA Application Version: HC Actions: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ticket Description: Robert Massie FH's AG was tied to 121519 and both he and ASM Michael Adkins were receiving AG lead notifications correctly. It looks like they were working at least until 1.14.25. On 1.15, we updated the Robert Massie AG to Levi's new Robert Massie only number 122247. On 1.17 a lead came through for a "Juan Alvarez" however no email notification to either Levi or Michael. We tested again today after a cache reset on the link - no luck. I also am noticing within the notification delivery history that Levi’s email does not display of being sent

 

I’m curious if there is an issue between his IDs. Looking further into this.

LTULLOS still is not getting AG email notifications. I did a new AG “fake” contract and still not email sent.

UPDATE: We did find out that the notifications are going through for the FH Rep email for AG notifications. However, when looking at the agent’s notifications, he did not get the notification.
