Ticket Fields: Customer Name: Steve Cousins Username: Agent ID: Application: OA Application Version: HC Actions: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ticket Description: A customer had the following to recommend for features in OA when it comes to policy holders accounts: Show a chart of payments made to contract on date posted amount and balance of contract that one sees from beginning to end the original contract amount to current balances as payments post. As the Current Outstanding Balance field does not make any sense as to payments being paid and what the current balance to contract is that customer knows what they owe to complete the contract for future payments which will help people with fixed budgets that may wish to apply more toward the contract. Plus just providing a option as well to click to get a payoff balance that is good for say 15 days from the date of which this option is chosen to see what that balance maybe. Thus providing a better service to customers that will give customers access to options that will assist them with information without the need of calling which would probably free up agents for more important assistance than getting a balance seeing a payment posted or may not have posted, giving a current balance and the option to get a payoff amount all without the need of a agents need to get pulled away from something that may be more important for them to address than stuff as I’m suggesting. Just seems something that one code is written or is already written that the customer just doesn’t have access to see it. As worked in IT for 40 plus years and these features in a lot of which I help in providing to those who needed this for their work flow is not that big of a deal to provide as data is there it just need a page setup to display and run it from. Just again something that would provide customers with a better service free up agents giving them better use of their time and probably may even provide cost savings in the long run of freeing up agents and customer service staffing for other services that would be more helpful.
