Ticket Fields: Customer Name: Ann Username: Agent ID: Application: OA Application Version: HC Actions: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ticket Description: Ann has Pending payment policies in OA that are not actually pending payments they have been paid. Ann called in regarding placing a claim back on Jan 3rd DM0581556 she is calling in regard to not receiving this quote yet and needing to get this taken care of. I got with claims to get her quote sent over to her, please look into why under Thomas Funeral Home FH#1485 Username JTHOMAS1 they have multiple pending payments that have already been paid.

I have reached out to the FH and I was able to get ahold of Ann, she stated this is still and issue and all claims on their DIGiclaim Dashboard have already been paid. Please remove all of these pending payment claims in this FH’s DIGiclaim. Once done I will update Ann and confirm she is not having this issue anymore, Thank you for staying on top of this.

I have reached out to the FH, I got Brian as Ann was not in today she will be in tomorrow after 9am Eastern Standard Time when I will call for an update on this issue.
