Shayla Salazar, Jessie Martin I talked to Scott this mroning aabout being able to see that contract on his mobile app. He was never able to c the contract I put the ticket in for but he wronte a contracts later and he was able to c it so I think it was just a one off and he is ok with it.

The contract is finalized & approved, which is why the contract is not available to attach documents in FDL Mobile. Per Jonathan, the logic we have is as follows:
All of the above contract statuses would not be available to attach documents to.

The digiscanner is there but when you open it up the WI4930680 contract is not showing in the list so he can add documents to it
